Improving Green Space and Biodiversity
The site-wide open space and parkland would promote wellbeing, with existing woodland retained and additional trees improving the green space and biodiversity of the site. Sports pitches, play areas, and a community garden are also incorporated into the design, providing dedicated space for residents and the local community, which is currently lacking in the area.
C.47% (18 hectares) of the total development area will be retained and enhanced, ensuring that there is plentiful green space and attractive landscaped zones.
